Trying to find some solid reading material focusing on Canadian Real Estate investing. There seems to be a lot of books to sift through, which have a lot of negative reviews. Can anyone suggest some reading material that is not mostly "fluff" or motivation driven, and contains some solid strategies to start and grow a Real Estate portfolio in Canada? All suggestions are very appreciated!
