Have Buyer

I have a ready willing and able buyer looking for 4+ unit properties anywhere in the nation with good cash flow, purchase price anywhere from 150,000 to 800,000. I'm not sure where I would post this, so I'm trying this section. Please let me know if there's a better place to post such info, and more importantly if anyone knows of someone with these properties for sale.
