Multi-family investing

Hello everyone,
I am curious about investing in Multi-Family properties in MD, DC and PA. My plans were to call commercial agents to learn the process in purchasing and neighborhood information. (calling at least 3). I am planning to call lenders to learn requirements for obtaining the funds to purchase and run the Landlording business.

My question is am I on the right track and are there any suggestions for obtaining more education and experience? :groovy: :groovy:
