Looking at first Single Family Home - Duplex, Tri or Quad
Good day,
I'm looking for a duplex, triplex, or Quad in the Greater Philly area and I am attempting to determine how should I look at a home.
For example, there was a triplex that is out of my current monthly payment range; however, with the potential rental income, the mortgage payments will only be a few dollars over.
Should I look into buying this property or look for other homes?
