Partnership Questions and Small Lead on a Deal!!!

Hi everyone,

I am just starting to look into partnering  and have just be overwhelmed with everything, so what better way to get answers then from BP!

1. I have found 3 separate 4 plexs in the Grand Rapids area 2 are off market and the other was just listed on the MLS so open game. I am trying to avoid a "wholesale" and partner to get residual income and or equity stake!.... suggestions of structure?

2. What do some of you value finding the deal at? as most know Grand Rapids has one of the best markets!

3. What information do you share when looking for a partner and at what stages of talk do you give the information?.....I have learned the hard way don't give address OOOppps!

4. How many partners can one person have per deal?
