Investing while shacking up
No, this is a nonjudgmental thread (we'll save that for politics...lol). I've read a couple threads where folks have mentioned nonmarriage cohabitation situations. An attorney I know wrote some advice on legally setting yourself up for cohabitation and the ownership of property - particularly when one party of the cohabitation contributes anything to the ownership of the property. While her advice is limited to primary residence, it would be wise to make sure you're set up on your investments as well.
