2 Year Chapter 13 Timeframes

In evaluating non-performing 2nd liens for purchase, recently I have seen two Chapter 13 bankruptcies discharged in only 2 years. While I am not an attorney, I thought they were 5 year plans. Any attorneys here that might be able to shed a little light here as to how they can be discharged so quick?
