@Timothy Haywood, thanks. I reserved a new condo that will be delivered in 2.5 yrs and I'm hoping will appreciate to offset the wait time. I have reached the DTI cap with other investments. I'm looking for private funding that can help me through this transaction. My plan is to flip this condo and pay the finder with agreed interest rate. This is in Seattle.

I'm also evaluating a backup plans of offloading my other investments but I prefer to figure the private lending....
