What to do with an LLC after a refi?

Aloha BP!

In the near future, I'm looking at purchasing a property all cash either through a private money lender or hard money lender, placing the property in an LLC, then refinancing out of the deal to pay back the original lender. My question is, are there any possible problems with holding the property under an LLC after the refinance similar to the "due on sale" clause?
