whats a more beneficial job property manager or realtor?

I am relatively new to real estate investing  and want to get started on buying buy and hold properties. Unfortunately I am stuck at a dead end job and was thinking of finding a job in the real estate field to help learn more about the industry ,would it be more beneficial to take a course to become a realtor or a property manager?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
