Direct mail question, they only leave a phone number

What do you guys do when you get a call on your (I buy houses letter) and they only give a phone number.

What websites can we use to find out who called us and what they own.

how much do those websites cost per month. $

Why not just call them back and ask? That's what I do.

Sit in front of your computer, call them and talk to them about their situation/property. You don't have to make an offer right then, let them know that you'll run some numbers and may need to see the property before making a fair offer.
