Mine Subsidence Question

Sam Thurmond

Hello, I have a seller who reached out and is offering to sell there home at a extremely reduced price.  This is due to the sellers home having mine subsidence and they have received a nice pay out from the mine company.  The property sounds to have some foundation damage and there is a mine report that we will have access to.  What are some of the things that I should look for, watch out for, etc

Look forward to hearing from you all!
