Looking for a Good Real Estate Attorney in Orange County

Hi my name is Bill Manassero.  I am a fairly new multifamily real estate investor who mainly invests out-of-state (currently, Memphis, Atlanta and Indianapolis).  I live in Mission Viejo.

I am looking for a good strong local (South Orange County/Orange County) real estate attorney to develop a solid long term relationship.  

If you have any referrals, I would greatly appreciate it.  Prefer first-hand experience referrals.
