Multifamily Tax Exemptions
So quick question bigger pockets fam. I was recently on my county's assessor page and I was browsing a few apartment buildings to kind of get an idea of the property taxes when I noticed a few out of the majority were exempt... I know this is probably a forehead slapper question but why is this so?
