We brought our first fix and flip cash in Whitehall, it's been listed for 8 days on the MLS and can't wait for it too sale. Got a team of contractors waiting patiently to jump on the next project but really not liking this limbo stage. Thinking about doing two deals at once as soon as this home sells to keep on the nostalgia. Deal was purchase price: $48,000 rehab cost (labor and materials): $14,000 ARV appraised at $95,000 but put on market for $100,000

Thank you, my background in the Property Management industry has given me the excellent time management skills and an eye for detail to successfully breeze through an entire portfolio. I've overseen complete rehabs and unit turns of up to 300+ at a time. Most were distressed newly acquired acquisitions or bank owned receivership properties but it's given me a multitude of organization and patience. I simply just put one fire out at a time an work close with my team of contractors and maintenance.
