Hi everyone,

, I am really interesting in moving forward.I realize that the hardest part is actually taking the first step.I would really like to have a rental or two for 2010. I have a lot of time on my hand right now to do rei.I would like to offer my time , to learn the business from an investor / mentor. I can make calls, imput data, write letters, do research,etc... whatever you want done in exchange for experience in learning the business. just so that i know the in and out of the business .
