Real Estate Investing with VA Loan

Hello,

I am currently trying to get into real estate investing by flipping houses. I have decent credit but no money for a down payment, however I do qualify for a VA loan. I was wondering what my best option would be in my situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
