West Coast Investors - Investing in the Midwest
Hello all,
I am new to Bigger Pockets so I apologize if this has already been discussed. Recently, I've had investors primarily from the west coast interested in building rental portfolio's in Ohio.
So, I have a few questions for those who have invested in or around Ohio.
1. What would be consider a good deal to you?
2. What are your deal breakers?
3. How do you evaluate these deals?
4. How do you find PM?
If there's anything else you think I should know all information would be greatly appreciated!
