Any grants out there

I want to be able to help the disabled, low income, section 8 and so on. Are there grants out there for this.

What about doing a non-profit would they have access to funding.

It sounds stange to some, but I want to help people.

Myself and my girlfriend are on SSD. So are our Mom's. We have 2 Young kid's and no how hard it is. My girlfriend has MS and I feel for her a all the people in her MS group. There just is not enough to help family's that so need it. Not only for housing.

We filed A&B investment properties LLC and I would love to jump right in and do this.

Right now I am trying to get other investor to work with on JVs. We really don't have any money, not even for essrow to tie up a property to wholesale.

Any help or advice is welcomed.

Thanks
