hello i am a new investor just starting out i do not have a lot of money to invest with nor the credibility to go and ask for money from hml

so i am looking into partnering with some local seasoned investors to get started and my question is how do i structure the partnership ...

what steps do i take to setting everything up ?

do i open an llc with both our names in there?

or is there a simpler way

thanks in advance for your help

Hi @Victor Glushak....Welcome to the investing game. I would recommend that you get out and attend your local REIA and/or meetup investor groups so you can connect & network with the local investors who are having success and making things happen. They can give you the best advise on how to create partnerships & connect you to attorneys and other professionals to answer your questions. Best of luck to you!
