Hey I've been looking into some real estate investment softwares that provide auto updates on preforeclosures in any given area along with a numbers analysis of the property, comps and potential equity. Does anyone use a software like this and would they recommend one? It's the same info you can find at the courthouse just makes it easier with less time. 

An example is on gregorydowning.com it's called VIP Real Estate Software. (Not a plug 🙂)
