I Want to be a Diversified Investor

Hello, I am a recent college graduate with very high career goals. I wish to be a serial entrepreneur/investor. With BiggerPockets I looking to start but and hold as well as flipping properties to begin my investment portfolio. I have started my short term and long term investment plan and am looking to eventually branch out beyond real estate. I am thinking that once I have enough rental units to cover my cost of living that I will pull the equity from them and buy into a franchise restaurant. Has anyone done this before or does anyone have any feedback or tips? I am young and eager with large dreams but humble enough to learn from others. Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts, Shequila Hamilton
