How to file Eviction at bankruptcy court?

Hello, is anyone have an experience to file eviction in bankruptcy court? Please help me, I want to file by individual not hire attorney.  I purchased the property from foreclosure and the former owner didn't move out. Then I file eviction from the judge of peace, but the former owner filed bankruptcy.  I hired the lawyer to help me, but he costs me too much.  The case is already lifted motion from stay, the lawyer said we have to wait 10 days to file eviction at bankruptcy court or contact the former owner to make a deal.  I don't know if I can legally to file eviction by individual or legally to deal with former now.  Anyone help me please
