Questions to Ask TK Provider In Person

Hi All,

I'll be visiting a property I have under contract, meeting the TK provider and property management team, and meeting the tenants this weekend. Does anyone have suggestions and tips as to what questions I should ask?

As mentioned, I've already put this property under contract and done a lot of the initial due diligence with the property and team. So far so good.  At this point if all checks out (including the inspection which will happen next week or so) I'll most likely close on the deal. We'll be taking a tour in the afternoon, so I probably can't check it out much at night (to scope out crime in that areas). But what deeper questions do you recommend me asking or what should I look out for on my trip as I review the property?

Hope that's enough context for now but I'm happy to provide more information. Please let me know, thank you in advance!
