Email CRM

I am beginning to realize that follow up and follow through with some of my leads is crucial, and starting to slip through the cracks.

I am looking for sometype of email CRM that is basic.

I really just need something where I can enter in the info, and set followup dates, and collect notes.

For example I get a hot buyer looking to buy something 10k or less. I can put them into my crm and follow up with them once a week ( or as defined) etc.

Is there anything affordable out there like this?

I am considering having a developer build me something to meet my specs, but I was hoping there was something basic out there.

Ive been playing with www.freecrm.com but it doesnt seem to do what I need.
