First time posting, and I would like your input

Hi everyone my name is Lee I'm a LOA here in Dallas Tx and from time to time I may peek in just to see whats going on in the field. Allot of great information from professions everywhere but one thing that I always see is service exchange. Does it really go well for most that has tried it before ? Have any advise you'd like to give concerning things like that here?
