When Did You Stop Doing It Yourself and Start Hiring Out?

I'm not sure what category to post this question so I figured this would be a safe bet.

When did you make the switch from doing everything yourself to hiring out repair work and rehabs? What was the reason for choosing that point in your career to do so?

I only have one duplex at the moment but I'm noticing a lot of time going towards fixing up the property, repairs, and managing tenants. I bought the property knowing it needed a lot of work but lately I've been getting to the point where I'm more inclined to pay someone who will do a better job and get it done quicker instead of trying to spend hours fixing something myself. I really feel this is the better way to do things as it also frees you up to do more investing and grow your business, but it also seems like a waste of money/not being frugal when you could put a little sweat equity in and save money. I'm just getting started and money isn't as readily available as time.

Thanks in advance for all the advice!
