Advice on a former filling station

Hi BP,

I'm looking into buying a former filling station on an online auction next week. It isn't trading for approx 10 years now. Any tips what should I look out for? i.e. soil contamination etc. I don't want to use it as petrol station again, only buying it because of location. Planning to convert it to some other business. I have a few ideas.
