Should I include prepaid costs in my calculations
Hi everyone. I've been using the calculators for months now and generally I have a good grasp of the costs I should enter to understand what I should offer for a particular property. But one area that is not clear to me is "prepaid" costs. Specifically, I'm trying to understand if I should include items such as prepaid insurance and property tax costs in my calculations when I'm buying a flip property that I intend to sell in 3-4 months.
