Would these services be helpful to anyone?

My career requires that I inspect real property for damages, take digital photos, determine the cause of the damages, write repair estimates, negotiate repair cost with contractors and monitor repairs through completion. Unless there is visible damage (ex: fire OR flood) to the electrical, hvac, plumbing systems or structural integrity, I am required to use licensed professionals for evaluation when damage is suspected. I am not a licensed home inspector. Sorry.
I am wondering if these services would be useful to anyone in exchange for either guidance in REI or a fee? Your comments will be appreciated. Thanks
