What is "Wrap" when talking about a loan?

Hey guys i was talking to an agent about a potential Multi Family deal and she mentioned something about "Wrapping the loan" Our convo was short I wish I could have asked her exactly what it meant can you help? What is "Wrap" and why would I want to do this ?

It is when the seller, sells with owner financing and keeps the original loan in place.  Let say the original loan is at 6% the owner may sell at 8% and keep the 2% difference in spread.
