what do investors do with the dollar general building after the 15 year lease is up. When in a rural area?

$1,000,000.00 sale at 7% cap is $70,000.00 rent per year x 15 = $1050,000.00 to me it looks like investors get $50,000 profit. When I do the math I get $2500.00 per year or $208.33 per month for 15 years

if this is right not sure if it is you make .33% on your million dollar investment for 15 years

I will leave it there please someone confirm right or wrong

thank you
