Hello! I am looking to purchase a home in Atlanta. I visited for my first time and fell in love with the City. I am looking for a realtor that can hopefully help me with purchasing a new place that is knowledgeable on zone laws airbnb/short term rental laws. Preferably an agent who has worked with investors looking to do the same thing I am looking to do. Thanks in advance!
