What kind of value can I bring to a mentor?
Hello BP!
I am 19 years old and have not yet done my first deal. I have a good understanding of REI from reading books and listening to podcasts, and I have a decent amount of money in the bank. But, I do not know what type of value I can bring to a mentor in exchange for information. (deals, funding, resources, etc.) I know I can find an experienced investor near me if I go to a local meet up or talk to people, but I am not sure where I go from there?
Please help! Thanks!
