What minimum ROI do you look for?

I am wondering what is the minimum return on investment people look for in regards to rentals. I mean return on investment in terms of return on actual money put into a deal. For example a 10000yr net (after paying all expenses including mortgage) on an investment of $30,000 down payment cash would be a 33% cash on cash return.
