Free Investment Class in Baltimore ( Canton) Interested??

I have been getting questions about Baltimore neighborhoods, prices, analysis etc...

I decided that I am gonna start a free investment class where we can talk about deals,analysis, calculations, neighborhoods, success stories, or just meet with investors and newbies.

I been in the real estate game for ten years and still learning new things from fellow investors. My office has a big training room where we can hold a monthly or bi-weekly sessions.

Thanks for showing interest, It looks like we can start something here and learn from each other.

 Obviously, everybody has a different level of knowledge on real estate, I think we will start from basics and move into more complicated topics later.

If anybody has any suggestions on where to start, topics to learn, areas we can touch that would be also appreciated.

Mainly, I am a buy& hold person, however recently  put a shell under contract, I will also share whatever I learn from that experience with you guys as well.

Please bear with me  until I work on the schedule, and a basic curriculum so we can create a class that can continue for months...
