cash buyers campaign

Hello all,

I am new to this entire industry and I am working for a company, not on my own. I am to set up an email campaign with multiple steps to our cash buyers list. what im confused about is what goes into each step? I know the first one is an intro letter but what am i sending for the 2nd 3rd and 4th letter of our campaign ?
