Scaling your business

Hey Guys,

After a short sabbatical, I came upon a few opportunities to help some investors with some design and construction issues. It didn't take long for the discussion to turn to their business and, being that I am entrepreneurial minded, I asked if they were interested in scaling. Some had issues finding more properties, others feel like they cannot manage more than a few construction projects at a time.

Because of these conversations, I am curious to see how many real estate investors out there are interested in scaling their business and what they see are the big problems that are holding them back.
