I am out of town and know someone who is trying to sell her SF home in Stone Mountain, GA. It's a really nice home that needs some inexpensive work. Her and her daughter currently live in it. She has price quotes for the work needed. It will most likely be a short sale but I will be willing to help with the paper work.
