Finding buyers for my shortsales
I have the pre-foreclosure part of investing down really well my title company that closes my deals are great and very investor friendly, the last part that I need help with is finding buyers and having access to them as deals come through. Can someone share with me how to establish relationships with buyers so that my business can run like a well oiled machine. When I make a deal with the banks for a short-sale it is critical to have my end buyer in place.
