Forming a partnership with real estate agent

Hello all

This is my first post here so i hope i'm doing it correct :)

My name is mike and i have been doing real estate investing for my self for 4 years in texas and florida.

Lately i decide to open a company that guide new investors for successfully purchase an investment property, I charge a set fee for the process and provide a full walkthrough step by step till the property is rented out / flipped.

now for the question :)

My business partner got a real estate license 6 month ago with the goal of providing the best product possible without using outsource agents. We want to form an LLC/s corp and split all profit and expenses between us which include his real estate commision, my fee for the consulting, referrals fee etc. my partner is working in Keller wiliams and concerned that he will need to split his commision with our company and get consultant's fees without them knowing (we don't want to pay them 30% for the consulting fee which has nothing to do with them) what is the best formation for our business? how can we do what we want without putting us in some kind of risk against keller williams or the realtor association? Important to say that if needed i can issue a real state license as well.

Thank you.
