Shifting to the protection of an LLC
I am purchasing my first buy and hold. Putting down 25% and financing the rest through a local bank. The bank will not allow purchases or refinances under an LLC, so I will have in my name. Can anyone provide guidance on how to get this property and future properties shifted from my name and set up under the protection of an LLC? Rookie question but want to be sure I set up properly from the beginning. Thank you.
