 if you are a wholesaler and have assigned contracts ready to sell to buyers, what are reasons why they would not buy the property.others then not their preference. second question is, what if the buyer and I have our contract signed but he backs out a few days short of the closing date. what may be reasons for buyers to fall short on the deal. same question but with different timing
