Tax Deductions as a real estate investors
Hell BP family, hope all is well. I hope that I am placing this in the correct forum. I am coming to you guys with a general question about all of these ways you can get taxed at a lower rate as a wholesaler, fix and flip investor, and as a buy and hold investor. I just need a good place to start so that I can set things up right from the beginning and eliminate future head aches. I've done some basic research, but I feel that there is more to it.
