Interested in passive investment for non accredited investor

I have been reading a bit on crowd funding, and saw that newer laws have opened the door for non accredited investors. I am a bit interested in going down this avenue, but have had no success in finding opportunities for non accredited investors. Can anyone enlighten me on where to look? My wife and I are near retirement age, and would like to dabble in passive investment, but need resources. Thanks for any and all feedback.

Is your plan to lend your capital? or are you looking to raise capital via crowd funding?

Not quite sure what you are looking for here. More details the better. What is your ideal investment, debt or real estate?
