Hi BP Community,

I'm Kinda new here, this is my second post. I've chosen Jacksonville as my next market to invest rental Property.

My main question, as a remote investor, is how can I find the Off market deals? I'm interested mainly in short term investment....

I Would appreaciate your recommenadations and thoughts.
