Real Estate Investing Outline

Hello BiggerPockets community, My name is Tym and I'm a 21 year old, living in the Philadelphia Area looking to get into REI. This website has a ton of information and I am not able to scale it down. I am looking for someone, who I can pay, to make me an outline(links) of content on this website. I need some sort of a curriculum of this content from very beginning to some basic knowledge in REI and becoming a pro. Marketing, deals, leads, taxes, llc, buyer list, mls etc stuff like that. I don't want people telling me "just go on forums", I need some sort of a curriculum to follow. I was even going to pay $1000 for Renatus but from hearing some reviews and that all the information can be found on BiggerPockets, I have changed my mind about Renatus.
