"Mistakes", in the true sense of the word, are rare in real estate, since there are few "facts" - for example, it is probably a fact that X owns a property, and it is probably a fact that X is the agreed-upon sales price. Beyond that, it is just different degrees of advantageous or disadvantageous situations acted upon with or without knowledge, meaning that the word "mistake" is a judgement call. Using @Linda S.
