Wholesale vs. Real Estate Licensee or Both???

Can anyone recommend whether to get a license as a realtor and wholesale properties while being a Realtor or start wholeselling without a license??? I'm about to take my real estate exam but I want to start wholesaling. Is anyone familiar or a student with Sean Terry's Flip to freedom Academy? Or can anyone recommend a whole selling coach program other than Tom Kroll?
