Aspiring real estate investor
I have been doing a lot of research on real estate. I think investing in multi family residences will be something I would like to do to achieve my goal of financial freedom. I know a lot of people prefer multi families for people who are staring out, but not only do I want to start out with multi families I also want to continue to do multi families (triplexes and quads) as a full time career and eventually upgrade to apartment complexes. I want you guys to put yourselves in my shoes. I'm 23 years old, I graduate from welding school in June and I owe the school $4,500, I have to pay back a student loan, and I currently don't have a job. My goal is to make $30,000 a month in passive income in the next 10-15 years from real estate. Considering my current situation how would YOU achieve this goal if you were me?
